Yes. Generally, all of our regular priced merchandise is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after the date of purchase. Sale items are generally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days after date of purchase. The guarantee provides for the replacement of the product with the same or similar merchandise. Jansport backpacks have lifetime guarantees—the terms of these guarantees are attached to the backpacks.
Cash
refunds will be given on returned merchandise purchased by cash provided that
the receipt is presented; merchandise is returned within two weeks of purchase date;
merchandise has not been worn, used, or soiled; and merchandise was not
